Thanksgiving

So this year for Thanksgiving we were unable to make it to Utah, so we spent Thanksgiving with our friends Bryce and Nicole and Nicole's parents house. It was a lot of fun and the food was soooo good. It was very generous of them to invite us. we were a little home sick however. After we ate we went and saw the new Christmas Story, it was really good. The ghost in it were a little creepy though. Here is a picture from that (oh we are wearing the funy glasses because it was in 3D)

All Hallows Eve....

So Jared and i didn't do much this Halloween. We went to a Halloween party at our ward on Friday, It was a chili cook off which was delicious.. but we did however carve pumpkins... so here are the pictures of our creations.. And a belated Happy Halloween!

The Mighty Mighty Ducks...

So this past Saturday Jared and I went to the Anehiem Ducks game. We went with some of the peeps from his DPT class and there was actually one of his teachers there too, who was really nice and funny. After the game Jared got to go down on the ice and play broom hockey. I couldn't play because I had cut my finger open that morning with one of our very very sharp kitchen knifes... Happy Birthday to Us!

Last weekend Jared and I celebrated our birthdays. Jared's was on the 21st, and he turned 29. Mine was on the 27th and I turned 26.. We are getting old.. Anyways we went to the Cheesecake factory on Saturday and it was delicious!!! Jared also let me get this absolutely heavenly Delicious piece of cheesecake. It was called Red Velvet Cheesecake.. Here is a picture



Even though this slice of cheesecake contained 1,576 calories, I loved every min. of it..




On Jareds birthday on the 21st, he didn't get out of school until 7PM or so but I still decorated and made him dinner. Here are the pictures




And then on my birthday we spent the day at the beach which was really nice and the waves were big so it was fun to play in them...



So all in all we had a great birthday. I couldn't be luckier than I am to have such a wonderful loving husband! I love you Jared!

Joshua Allen Whitesides

Last night at 5:07pm my new little nephew Joshua Allen was born. He was 6 lbs 4 oz and 19 in long. He is so adorable and he looks like Josh. It looks like the Whiteides gene's won out again. If any of you know my brother Josh and his other 2 little kids Faith and Ashton then you know what I am talking about. We were having a bet to see if Joshua Allen would look more like Josh or Amanda (because Amanda's little girl SiSi looks so much like her). But it looks like the Whitesides gene's won out..

PS I also looks like my dad had fun at the hospital last night... :)

Utah Visit

Recently Jared and I went back to Utah for His sister Nicole's wedding. It was on August 8th. It was a beautiful wedding. Nicole looked absolutely beautiful and she was so happy. Which she deserves. Here are a few pictures from her wedding







We also had the chance to go to the zoo with Jessica and our niece's Emma and Siena and our nephew Damon. It was a lot of fun to spend time with them, since we wont be able to see them for a while. Here are a couple of pictures




We also had a BBQ with my family and Jared's. It was so much fun. I don't really have any pictures of that. I only have a couple of pictures of the kids. I love my niece's and nephews! They are all so cute. My sister-in-law is having my third nephew on the 21st (which is Jared's b-day) we are all excited..

California, Here we come...

So as you all probably know by now Jared and I have moved to Sunny California. We'll be here for the next 3 years while JAred is in medical school. It fun here but it still doesn't feel like home. I have some pictures of our journey out here. To start it off Jared shut a garage door on the back end of my car.. My parents came out with us and so did Jared's family. It was a lot of fun. Like I said I have pictures of our journey out here and some of me and Jared at the beach since we've lived here. Enjoy
